Willow & Stone is a small company selling and sourcing period fittings and traditional products of the highest quality. We sell from this website to a worldwide market and also from our lovely new shop in Falmouth, Cornwall. Our size means that you get a personal friendly service - the old fashioned way!
The company was founded by Sarah Willshaw and in his breaks from painting husband, Nick J Williams (who is the ‘artist in residence’! - Click here, to view Nick’s paintings and information regarding his forthcoming shows)
More recently, with Nick able to focus on his painting full time, the business is run by Sarah and a small team of super-helpful and friendly staff.
Wendy Hawken, shop manager since July, is part-and-parcel of our becoming super efficiant along with offering excellent and friendly customer service. As another FCA graduate, she's also a very talented part time ceramicist, but things are developing so watch this space!...
Jill Hearle, our very patient book keeper is another valuable asset...
Tiffany is our 3 day a weeker who does a fantastic job picking up the peices when we're very busy and maintaining our super-friendly service. When not at Willow & Stone, she is a member of folk band ThistleTown - Click here to visit their site and hear the bands music.

‘This small specialist company was dreamed up during too many hours spent on trains commuting to and from London over the last few years to work for the renowned architectural salvage company, LASSCO St Michael's in London. I eventually plucked up courage to throw away a perfectly good job that I loved, selling and sourcing antiques and maintaining their award winning website, in favour of the stress of setting up, funding and running my own small business!!
There are plenty of characterful houses and buildings requiring restoration and improvement down in the Southwest. I want to make it easier for architects, designers and owners of old houses to find the sort of high quality fixtures and fittings, period features and paraphernalia that is more readily available 'up country'. Willow & Stone will appeal to a broad market - whether you're a die-hard traditionalist or simply wish to bring your period house into the 21st Century whilst retaining its period character, we have sourced a large selection of products that span three centuries and caters for all tastes and budgets - Sarah
