Delivery & Returns

Standard UK delivery is charged at £5. We generally send goods via FedEx. Smaller items can be sent via Royal Mail Recorded. However, £5 covers posting packing and insurance.

You can expect your goods within 10 days though normally much sooner. Bear in mind that sometimes we are out of stock of items and so there may be further delays which you will be notified of, normally via email. You have the right to cancel your order if unable to wait and we do not process payment until goods are ready for dispatch.

Our priority service is via FedEx and takes approximately 48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Overseas deliveries:

Worldwide orders are sent via FedEx as this is fast and reliable. You can place your order online, selecting Worldwide shipping at checkout. We will then send you a link to pay for shipping once it has been calculated. If you do not wish to go ahead once the quote is received we can cancel your order and no money will have been taken.

UK Islands including Northern Ireland. We quote £25-£30 to cover heavy and valuable items. However, dont be put off! If you have a small, lower value order we will be likely to get you a much cheaper shipping charge through Royal Mail and charge you accordingly.

A signature is ALWAYS required. Perhaps it would be easier for you to have your delivery to a work address?

RETURNS

If you dont like something, or it doesnt fit, or its not how you thought it would be, or it's damaged, don't worry! We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please do call and let us know as soon as possible though. We will endeavor to fix the problem or alternatively return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office. You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd prefer is if you call us first incase we can rectify the problem. If its gone over the 14 day period, just give us a call!
