A personal, friendly and efficient service is always important to us. If you struggle to use this site let us know so that we can improve it. Also, it might be worth mentioning that we ship worldwide!
Below are some points that may help you to find your way around:
Use the menu on the left to search the categories. Click on either the main catagories or the sub-catagories to refine your search. Each page will display a number of thumbnail images. Double click on any image to display a larger picture, detailed information, dimensions, variations, price and if you'd like to make a purchase simply click on Add to basket' where the item/s will remain until youve finished shopping and are ready to pay.
If you aren’t sure what you are looking for click on ‘Our Products’ towards the top of the page where you will find an overview of our biggest product categories with inspiring images!
Alternatively, use the ‘SEARCH’ bar (top left) which will allow you to search for ‘keywords’ i.e. words contained within the items description.
Note: only use one word and don’t use pleural. If the result says ‘Sorry, no products found’ try searching another word before you give up!

Victorian, Georgian, Handle, Enamel, Polish, Glass, Reclaimed...
If you can’t find what you are looking for on the website please give us a call and we will attempt to source whatever you need for your project.
PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE
Use the ‘Add to Basket’ button found on each product page (Or if there's a style option click on the option required) to add selected items to your shopping basket (you can alter quantities at checkout).
PAYMENT
By Card: Once you place an order online and enter your card details, we will always contact you with availability and expected delivery dates before taking any money.
By Cheque: Click the ‘Pay by Cheque’ button at chequeout to download an order form. Print it, fill it in, and send along with a cheque (we allow 7 days for the cheque to clear before sending out goods). Cheques should be made payable to ‘Willow & Stone’.
By Phone: Call us on 01326 311388. You can pay with your card or leave your order with us and put a cheque in the post. If possible print off the shopping basket page that appears at checkout as it will list all your selected items and quantities.
If you have any specific order requirements etc please add this information when you see the ‘ANY OTHER DETAILS…’ section on the ‘Your Details’ page at checkout.

Because Willow & Stone is a small company and we don’t always hold large stocks, we may need to order your items in, especially if you need a quantity. Rest assured you’ll always be informed of expected delivery dates before you are charged and we will do our best to make it as speedy as possible! In busy periods things are a little slower and take around 7 working days. If we need to order items in for you it may take longer so please allow upto 28 days. We have a Priority 48 hour delivery option (£10 for mainland UK) which gets your order to the front of que and delivered within 2 working days (subject to goods being in stock).
SECURE PAYMENTS
You can input your credit/debit details safely and securely as all transactions take place through the secure server provided by THWARTE - If youre still nervous, simply place your order over the phone.
POSTAGE & PACKING
We charge a standard rate of just £5 per order. Click here for detailed delivery information.
We sell worldwide too and charge at cost. So if you are overseas, or want a gift sending abroad, let us know what you are interested in and where you live and we'll find the best shipping quotes possible!
It's worth mentioning that we sometimes re-use old boxes for your parcel - we hate waste and environmentally it makes sense too! However, If you let us know that your order is a gift then we'll gladly package it beautifully in the crispist tissue, the finest brown paper and thick red string!
RETURNS
If you dont like something, or it doesnt fit, or its not how you thought it would be, or its damaged don't worry! We want everyone who shops at Willow & Stone to be happy with their purchases. Please do call and let us know as soon as possible though. We will endeavor to fix the problem or alternatively return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office. You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd prefer is if you call us first incase we can rectify the problem.
