Great product - took a little bit of tapping to locate the joists in my ceiling but got there in the end! Great for keeping drying clothes out the way, and they seem to dry quicker up high as well.

This item was out of stock but not listed as such when ordered Although initial delivery estimate of 1-2 weeks turned into 3 weeks, I did receive an apology and more importantly excellent communication from staff on progress with my order and they made every effort to get the item to me as quickly as they did under the circumstances.
