Liability & Returns
Goods must be returned in perfect condition so please do ensure that items are packaged carefully and small parts wrapped in tissue/bubble wrap to avoid scratching. A deduction from the price of the goods will be made if they are deemed damaged as we will then aim to sell in store with a discount.
It is our best intentions to fulfil orders when stated. However if events outside of our control mean that goods are delayed our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods and we accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the supply of faulty goods, missing parts and the cost of electricians and joiners associated with installation and fitting.
Faulty or Missing Goods
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and to notify us within 48 hours by email or phone of any damage or incompleteness.
You can cancel all or part of your order at any point prior to dispatch. If the goods have left us, you may return them to us (at your cost) for a refund within 14 days form the date that you received delivery. Notification can be via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or over the phone 01326 311388. Postage charges will not be returned once goods have been dispatched.

Unless otherwise stated, the products featured on this website are available for use within the United Kingdom. All advertising and descriptions are intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any products available through this site. Therefore we strongly advise that no works are undertaken in relation to any measurements or details provided here until the goods are received by you.
