Willow & Stone – Coronavirus Update

APRIL 4th

We are busy online, managing to dispatch orders in good time though we have temporarily suspended EXPRESS delivery and all overseas orders currently. We are really pleased that two weeks along we have managed to carve out a new working life involving staff working either from home or in separate offices. Some of our suppliers are still dispatching so stock holding is really strong. A couple of our main suppliers have needed to close temporarily but we will continue to offer alternative items should you want a product which is out of stock or indeed we are happy to put your order on hold until the time is right to continue!

In a nutshell, its all systems go at W&S HQ if a little quieter and with exceptional care for health and hygeine. And a massive thank you to everyone whose continued to support us with orders and lovely messages, it means the world to us!

As we move forward in these uncertain times of the COVID-19 outbreak we wanted to keep you updated with our plans here at Willow & Stone and to say thank you to our loyal customers who continue to support our independent business. We will continue to update this post as the situation evolves, please read on for the latest information..

Naturally and with great sadness we decided to close our Falmouth store this weekend in order to protect our precious staff and customers. However we look forward to opening our doors again and welcoming you to a fresh, refurbished space when the time is right.

We don’t know what the coming days and weeks will bring but for now a much smaller team are continuing to fulfil and deliver online orders. We will aim to send all orders asap but are suspending our express service and non-UK orders for the time being.

Our courier DPD is still offering a contact-free delivery service with a few minor delays in the UK. (Find out more here)

We are of course taking the greatest of care and ensuring the highest levels of hygiene with every product and package. As a small business your goods will come into contact with very few people on site with just a couple of our team now in each day and others working from home.

If you are awaiting delivery of a recent order please be reassured it will be dispatched as quickly and as safely as possible. If we are waiting on stock from a supplier there may be longer delays at this time, should this be the case you should have received an email from us and you will not be charged until your goods are being dispatched.

All of us here at Willow & Stone are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and community and are therefore following daily advice and continually reviewing the situation.
