From Thursday 24 February, changes to the government’s coronavirus guidance means the easing of most existing Covid-19 restrictions and as such we have lifted these restrictions in our Falmouth store. We are continuing to strive to offer you the very best customer service, both in store and online.

We have had a lovely Summer welcoming customers, both local and visitors, back to our Falmouth store. We are pleased to announce that the website is functioning pretty much as normal, with the odd delay whilst couriers struggle with ongoing staffing.
Shop opening times remain as Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm. We now welcome up to 12 people at a time into our bright, clean store and ask for masks to be worn if possible. We hope to see you soon either in store or online!

Today our Falmouth store has flung its doors open once more and we are all very happy to see so many lovely customers perusing like the good old days!
Our opening times are Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. The guidelines are the same as previously: customers are asked to wear a mask, sanitise and maintain 2 metres distance from other shoppers. Thanks for your understanding and most importantly, welcome back!

Happy New Year to our customers past and present!
Our Falmouth store has temporarily closed during lockdown but our online store continues to run smoothly. Along with dealing with customer orders this is a good time for us to do stock takes, web updates, file paperwork, new photography shoots and DIY so we will be very busy!
You can continue to place orders online as normal. UK orders currently are being dispatched within a couple of days. Stock is pretty good for most of our lines though we will of course update you if there are expected to be any delays. Overseas orders could be delayed slightly due both Covid and Brexit issues so please bare with us and we’ll do our very best to keep you updated on your orders progress.

We’ve had a super busy few weeks and the team are busy picking, processing and packing orders as quickly as humanly possible – deliveries are taking upto 5 working days currently. Our shop received a very warm reception on reopening this week! The shop is open everyday until 4pm on Christmas Eve. Then back open on Monday 27th December.

Standard UK delivery – order by midnight Friday 18th.
Express UK delivery – order by midnight Sunday 20th.
Overseas delivery will vary but please order by Monday 14th and we will contact you with any issues regarding your order.

Hello all! Rest assured business online continues as almost normal and we are dispatching orders in good time with the same friendly staff on hand to help you should you need it. We are all busy working on the website and the shop staff are helping with much needed stock takes and cleaning. We are excited for the Christmas season especially given all the gorgeous new stock arriving!
Our Falmouth shop is closed until further notice but we are very excited to be open again as soon as allowed.

Hello all! Our Falmouth store is now open 10am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and will be open Sundays 10am-4pm from July 26th. We limit how many people come into the store which has maintained a welcoming and calm environment that feels safe. After sanitising your hands you are free to wander around (whilst maintaining distance from others) and browse at your leisure. Our staff are always available to help and you can chat to them gaining help with your purchases from behind a perspex screen. Aside from these necessary changes, we are proud to have managed to maintain a really pleasurable shopping experience, one that I think we are all slowly becoming used to. We look forwards to welcoming you back and just obviously ask you for your patience should you need to queue for a short while before entering the store.
The website has gone from strength to strength and despite the many hurdles we have had to over come feel we feel that things are slowly getting back on track now. We are holding lots of stock, our foundries are producing ironmongery in good time (though a little slower than before). If we have goods that are out of stock we will contact you with alternatives if required more quickly. We are here to help!

Wow what a busy month! Its been so exciting seeing your orders roll in. We’ve been very encouraged to have most of our suppliers now back up and running and dispatching. In some cases things are still taking slightly longer than usual though its improving all the time. We are even experimenting with dispatching a few overseas orders again to customers who ordered at the beginning of lockdown. If successful, overseas shipping will resume shortly! A couple more staff have come back and joined us in our office building. Fortunately we operate from a rambling regency building with lots of little rooms so can easily stay apart. The shop is still closed and we are spending time planning a new layout, temporarily removing some of our furniture to make more space and thinning out the stock a little and though it initially felt a little disappointing, its looking lovely. We look forward to reopening in the coming weeks and seeing some friendly faces at a distance!

Things have gone from strength to strength this week! Super busy, so working our socks off. A few more of our suppliers are finding ways to resume business albeit with less staff and with social distancing in place etc. This means we are managing to have much more available stock online which feels great. We have found in some cases suppliers are now running out and unable to get more materials etc but this hasn’t impacted us too heavily and generally we can have alternatives to offer you. We are almost as quick as usual at dispatching but holding off on offering express delivery for now due to the pressure it puts on delivery companies. Overseas shipping is still on hold I’m afraid but we can hold onto any orders placed until things improve. We hope you are well and getting by.

What a week! We’ve been rushed off our week picking and packing lovely orders for everyone. Like everyone else, deliveries are a day or two behind at the moment, but please do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our very best to speed it through. DPD are back in on Tuesday 14th due to Easter Bank holiday so after today we won’t be dispatching again until then (but will hopefully have caught up with ourselves :) Thanks for supporting us!

We are busy online, managing to dispatch orders in good time though we have temporarily suspended EXPRESS delivery and all overseas orders currently. We are really pleased that two weeks along we have managed to carve out a new working life involving staff working either from home or in separate offices. Some of our suppliers are still dispatching so stock holding is really strong. A couple of our main suppliers have needed to close temporarily but we will continue to offer alternative items should you want a product which is out of stock or indeed we are happy to put your order on hold until the time is right to continue!
In a nutshell, its all systems go at W&S HQ if a little quieter and with exceptional care for health and hygiene. And a massive thank you to everyone whose continued to support us with orders and lovely messages, it means the world to us! Read more about what we are up to.

As we move forward in these uncertain times of the COVID-19 outbreak we wanted to keep you updated with our plans here at Willow & Stone and to say thank you to our loyal customers who continue to support our independent business. We will continue to update this post as the situation evolves, please read on for the latest information..
Naturally and with great sadness we decided to close our Falmouth store this weekend in order to protect our precious staff and customers. However we look forward to opening our doors again and welcoming you to a fresh, refurbished space when the time is right.
We don’t know what the coming days and weeks will bring but for now a much smaller team are continuing to fulfil and deliver online orders. We will aim to send all orders asap but are suspending our express service and non-UK orders for the time being.
Our courier DPD is still offering a contact-free delivery service with a few minor delays in the UK. (Find out more here)
We are of course taking the greatest of care and ensuring the highest levels of hygiene with every product and package. As a small business your goods will come into contact with very few people on site with just a couple of our team now in each day and others working from home.
If you are awaiting delivery of a recent order please be reassured it will be dispatched as quickly and as safely as possible. If we are waiting on stock from a supplier there may be longer delays at this time, should this be the case you should have received an email from us and you will not be charged until your goods are being dispatched.
