The screws were not fit for purpose. Two of them fractured despite our predrilling the holes into oak. We had to buy a box of screws costing £5.32. We would not purchase again - and we are competent and handy people.

The towel rails have been popular and we haven't encountered any other issues but will of course now be looking at this product as we are dissapointed that the quality was not as expected.
