A traditional pair of black ceramic door knobs with matching roseplates. These ceramic handles were popular for almost a century, first appearing around 1830. This style of handle were widely used in Victorian homes upstairs, in servant quarters and in less grand properties due to being more affordable than brass. These handles are still very popular today due to their high quality, affordability and that they are still made in the UK.

Great item, good quality, they are ceramic so you have to be careful when fixing but look brilliant. Delivery was fast. I have used Willow and Stone before and i highly recommend them.

This door **** set looks good and has been built well. I had one slight problem with a grub **** that cross threaded but that may have been my fault. The trick with fitting them, I learned, is not to fit the **** too tightly into the backplates becasuse the latch tends to stick due to the friction caused. Once this was realised though they were a breeze to fit and look great.
