A beehive style keyhole cover. The unlaquered brass reeded cover sits over the plain brass backplate. This good sized piece will suit any of our 'Beehive' handles.
The term 'Beehive' refers to the repeat reeded detailing which became a highly popular design born in the Regency era and used heavily throughout the Victorian period and into the early 20th Century.
