Large lion's head door knocker cast in solid brass and applied with a distressed antique finish. Lion door knockers have remained popular for centuries, a similar style can even be found on No.10 Downing street. This design has been copied from an antique original from the regency period which has captured the beautiful detailing, classic style and character. A heavy and substantial piece which will add grandeur in any entrance.
